By accessing or using NexKit ("nexkit.dev"), you agree to these clear and permissive terms designed to protect both you and the platform.
1. Permitted Commercial & Personal Use
NexKit tools are 100% free to use for hobbyists, independent developers, agencies, and enterprise organizations. You may use all outputs (such as generated TypeScript interfaces, Zod schemas, converted fetch code, formatted markdown, and optimized prompts) in private, open-source, or commercial production products without royalties or attribution requirements.
2. Ownership of Generated Output
You retain 100% intellectual property rights, ownership, and copyright over all code, schemas, and media files generated or transformed using NexKit. NexKit claims zero ownership over your intellectual property or data payloads.
3. Client-Side Execution & Privacy
All tools operate directly within your web browser. NexKit does not store, intercept, or log your input payloads, secret keys, or database credentials on remote servers.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use NexKit to intentionally generate malicious software, orchestrate denial-of-service attacks, conduct unauthorized penetration tests, or compromise network infrastructure.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
NexKit is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. While we strive for rigorous accuracy in our AST parsers, schema validators, and cost estimators, developers are advised to verify critical production code prior to deployment.
